Well, it’s Monday again. All together now…. “blahhhh”. Mondays just mean the weekend is over! Boo.
I know it sounds crazy, but when I’ve got the Monday blues, I throw on a bright outfit!
You can beat them, too. Whether you rock a bright outfit or just a really cute one, I promise your spirits will be lifted. Pick an item that you’ve received compliments on and smile! And whatever you do, don’t reach for those baggy clothes or jeans! Researchers have found these types of garments (baggy clothes) are the go-to item of choice for bummed out women!
When we see ourselves looking our best, it gives us confidence and lifts our spirits. Confidence can absolutely be achieved through fashion, people! Make fashion work for you! So it’s true– your outfit can change your mood. Throw on your favorite little number, let the compliments roll in (with thank-yous of course) and enjoy your mood transformation.
